your first puri

i wanted bread but
had no milk so i looked in
a book: recipe!

puri's are puffed bread
magic pillows easily
mixed and fried. Muy bien!

i mixed wheat flour,
olive oil and spices and
water. Sticky hands!

i heated the oil
for frying, slid the round disc
and it PUFFED! PURI!

5 more were fried.
each one more beautiful than
the previous. mmmm.

I dipped them in my
soup! i poured soup in the puff
and crunched down. YUMMY!
